SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some places we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs charges when they arrive in your country.
Shipping time varies by location. Here are our estimates:
- United States 10-20 business days
- Canada, Europe 5-20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand 10-20 business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 working days
Maximum delivery time – 45 working days.
* This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Mireyausa®, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you are not surprised when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of any changes. These can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for rejected or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses…).
In these cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, according to your choice.
You can only claim a reshipment or refund of your order after the shipper has received your package.
We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support.
Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements
If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you 3 options:
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same style size and/or color. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the product you want.
- Refund details and vouchers
By default, the refund method is voucher. If you would like a refund, please let us know.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.
- Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are very sorry! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:

Description of the problem (e.g. incorrect / defective item)

How can I get a refund for my product?
If you wish, we can send you a new product or replace it with one of the same value.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if any). Due to inspection, storage and processing costs, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect do not incur this restocking fee. This fee will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The buyer must pay the return shipping cost.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How do I return an item?
Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item with this form to the return address we will email you.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (minus the restocking fee).
If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2-7 weeks to reach you.
If you are shipping items worth more than €50, we strongly advise you to return the product with a tracking number.
